Financial partners

The financing of SOWAREEN Solutions AG for operational concepts and PPP (project financing) is preferably undertaken via internal capital (equity + bonds), and structured and financed to our capital market products (debt), which are tailored to our projects.

In this regard our capital market partners function as financial intermediaries, with the particularity that for each of the individual project contracts, the basic financing form and capability, as well as the associated equity and debt, are planned, implemented, and reconfirmed onsite with SOWAREEN Solutions AG and its local partners.

The financial partners also support SOWAREEN Solutions AG's investments via external reinsurance tenders or guarantees, and project-related fund allocation monitoring, subsequent to approval of the respective project financing. Thus, for each individual project there is active and effective project safeguarding and support.

With this approach SOWAREEN Solutions AG is in a position to finance and deliver individual projects in the high three-digit million euro range, in accordance with the mechanisms and structures of the capital market.
